Media Advisory: Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg to Host Math Contest
Bloomsburg, PA (11/18/2024) — Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg will host a Math Contest for high school students on Tuesday, Nov. 19, from 8:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. in the Kehr Union.
The contest will bring nearly 200 students from 20 area high schools to campus.
The contest includes three events: Quiz Bowl, a game like Jeopardy; Brain Teasers, which are logic problems; and in the afternoon, the Game of 24 Points, a card game using arithmetic.
