Mansfield's All In Day of Giving raises over $80,000 from more than 450 donors

Third annual event marks another record-breaking year of generosity from Mountie supporters

PA (04/15/2025) — The Commonwealth University-Mansfield community once again went All In - and the results were inspiring. In its third year, the Mounties' annual All In Day of Giving saw a surge in participation, with more than 450 donors contributing just over $80,000 to support student success, scholarships and Mountaineer programs. This marks another consecutive year of growth for the event, both in total donors and dollars raised.

More than half of this year's gifts were directed to Mountaineer Athletics, highlighting the pride and passion alumni and supporters have for the university's student-athletes and teams.

"This event is a reflection of what makes the Mansfield community so special," said Bashar W. Hanna, Commonwealth University president. "When we come together with a shared purpose - whether to support athletics, academics or student life - our collective impact is powerful. I'm incredibly proud of the support shown by the Mansfield family."

The 24-hour fundraising event energized alumni, students, faculty, staff and friends of Mansfield to show their Mountie pride. Gifts poured in from across the region and beyond, supporting programs in every corner of campus life.

"Each year, I'm blown away by the generosity of our Mansfield community," said Kate Billmeyer, director of philanthropy at the Mansfield University Mountaineer Foundation. "To see our donor count and fundraising total grow year after year speaks volumes about how deeply people care about our students and programs. Whether they gave to athletics, the arts, scholarships or academics - our donors are directly impacting lives, and we couldn't be more grateful."

All funds raised through the Day of Giving go directly toward enhancing the student experience at Mansfield - whether through scholarships, classroom opportunities, athletics or campus initiatives.

As the tradition of the All In Day of Giving continues to build, so too does the legacy of generosity and impact that defines the Mansfield spirit.
