Magician Mike Super to Perform at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg

Bloomsburg, PA (03/19/2026) — Famed magician Mike Super will perform at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg on Friday, March 27, at 7:30 p.m., in Haas Center for the Arts, Mitrani Hall. The performance is part of the Arts in Bloom series.

Super is the winner of NBC's hit TV show Phenomenon, a top finalist on America's Got Talent, and he amazed Penn & Teller on their TV show Fool Us. His awards and honors include being the only magician in history to win a live magic competition on primetime U.S. network television and being named Entertainer of the Year, Best Performing Artist of the Year, and Best Novelty Performer of the Year.

Super (yes, that is his real name) was inspired to become a magician as a child while visiting a magic shop in Walt Disney World, where he saw an old man performing tricks and became obsessed. He began performing magic at age six, doing shows in his backyard every week, wearing a black Dracula cape, and charging a nickel per person.

The final headliner in the Arts in Bloom 2025-26 season is Aquila Theatre's performance of The Hound of the Baskervilles, on Friday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in Carver Hall, K.S. Gross Auditorium.

Tickets and information are available at commonwealthu.edu/arts-in-bloom.
