Commonwealth University-Lock Haven to host FAFSA workshop

LOCK HAVEN, PA (03/26/2024) — The Commonwealth University-Lock Haven Office of Financial Aid will host a FAFSA Completion Workshop on Thursday, April 18, at 6:30 p.m. at Stevenson Library.

To participate in the event, both the student and parent must have an active FSA ID. In some cases, the FSA ID can take 72 hours to validate and be ready for use. If you do not yet have an FSA ID, visit https://studentaid.gov/fsa-id/create-account/launch to get started.

Both the student and a parent must be present during the workshop and attendees may bring their own laptop, but it is not required. Both students and parents should also bring their 2022 tax information, W-2's and statements related to any additional income that was received.

Students can register for the event at https://apply.commonwealthu.edu/register/lhfafsa.

Parking will be available at the Durrwachter Alumni Conference Center, at the corner of Water Street and Susquehanna Avenue.
