Aquila Theatre to stage The Hound of the Baskervilles at CU-Bloomsburg

Bloomsburg, PA (04/06/2026) — Aquila Theatre will stage The Hound of the Baskervilles at Commonwealth University-Bloomsburg on Friday, April 10, at 7:30 p.m. in Carver Hall, K.S. Gross Auditorium. The performance is part of the Arts in Bloom series.

Based on Sir Arthur Conan Doyle's acclaimed novel, this new take on the legendary Sherlock Holmes mystery is a comedy-driven and utterly suspenseful theatrical adaptation. A play within a play, Holmes and Watson return to the scene of the crime to recreate their case of The Hound of the Baskervilles at The Dartmoor Village Theatre and Tea Rooms. The audience may need to get involved in this participatory night to help the legendary Sherlock Holmes and his trusted companions unravel and resolve the loose ends of the mysterious death of Sir Charles Baskerville.
